If necessary, microwave extra ten second at a time, steer after each heating, until chocolate is mixture and melted is blended when stirred. Stir meted candy into oats mixture, blend fully. Spread mixture in ungreased 15-1/2 x 10-1/2 x 1-1/2-inch jelly-roll pan. Bake fifteen minutes, stir in coconut and almonds. Bake an additional five to ten minutes or until combination is light golden brown. Cool fully in pan on wire rack, stirring combination occasionally. Stir in remaining big almond joy bar pieces. Save in dry, cool place for up to 1 month, makes about 5-1/2 cups granola.
